Return and Refund Policy – Buy it Pronto

At Buy it Pronto, we strive to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help with a simple return and refund process.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 10 working days of receiving the product.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required for all returns.

In Case of Wrong or Damaged Product

  • If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, you must submit an unboxing video clearly showing:

    • The parcel being opened

    • The incorrect or damaged item received

  • Without this video evidence, return or exchange requests for wrong items will not be accepted.

Refund Timeline

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days.

  • In special cases (e.g., high-value items or further verification), the refund process may take up to 20 working days.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. If applicable, include the required unboxing video.

  3. We’ll provide return instructions and shipping information.

  4. Send the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchange Policy

  • If approved, incorrect or defective items will be replaced at no additional cost once we receive the returned item and video proof.


Note: Buy it Pronto only deals in physical products. We do not accept returns for digital goods or services.
