  • Buy it Pronto accepts bKash, Nagad, bank transfers, debit/credit cards, EMI, and cash on delivery (COD).

  • All purchases are final. Charges made under your account are your responsibility.

  • You must report any billing discrepancies within 3 days of the transaction.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed digitally within 7 working days.

9. Proof of Identification

Buy it Pronto reserves the right to request proof of identity during delivery. Failure to present valid ID may result in cancellation of the order.

10. Limitation of Liability

Buy it Pronto is not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential damages resulting from use or misuse of our site or products.

  • Any issues caused by third-party vendors or delivery providers.

  • Any unauthorized use of your account.

11. Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–5 working days

  • Outside Dhaka: 2–10 working days

  • Orders are shipped within 48 hours of confirmation and payment.

  • Delivery is only available on working days (not on weekends or holidays).

  • Delivery fees will be added unless otherwise stated.

  • Orders may be cancelled if the item is unavailable.

12. Taxes

All listed prices exclude VAT/TAX unless otherwise mentioned. Any applicable taxes will be added at checkout.

13. Warranty

  • Products come with manufacturer or supplier warranty (if applicable).

  • Buy it Pronto does not provide direct product warranty or after-sales service unless specifically mentioned.

  • Warranty claims must be made through the official service centers.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.

15. Return Policy

Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Valid reason for return (e.g., wrong item, damaged product, missing parts, or incorrect description).

16. Order Cancellation & Refund

  • Orders may be cancelled if products are unavailable. Customers will receive a full refund within 7 working days.

  • If cashback was received, it will be adjusted during the refund.

  • If a customer cancels after making online payment, a gateway transaction fee may be deducted.

  • Refunds will be issued through digital payment methods only (no cash refunds).

17. Return/Replacement Exclusions

Return/Replacement Guarantee will not apply in the following cases:

  • Damaged due to misuse.

  • Opened or used items.

  • Missing original packaging or accessories.

  • Products with removed/tampered serial numbers.

  • Defects not covered under manufacturer’s warranty.

18. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately. An unboxing video is mandatory to claim damage-related issues.

19. Sale Items

Sale or discounted items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless defective.

20. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers must use a trackable courier service for returns.
